During the Tango holiday, we see our dancing vacationers make significant progress within one week. It’s only logical, as you go to bed with Tango and wake up with Tango! Every day after breakfast and every evening before dinner, a Tango workshop will be held. Additionally, each evening, we will visit a Tango salon at Dansschool Linea de Baile or Tangoschool La Cultural.

Throughout the week, we also have a day off from all the workshop excitement. This day, of course, you can fully customize according to your own preferences. After all, you’re on vacation for a reason! Whether you choose to relax on the vast, stunning beach or explore the city to savor all the cultural wonders that the amazing city of Valencia has to offer, it doesn’t matter, as long as you enjoy yourself! The Tango holidays by Dancetourist/Alma de Tango are known, among other things, for the extremely pleasant, open, and friendly atmosphere that prevails. Of course, Tango takes center stage. In addition to learning and dancing Tango, great importance is attached to conviviality and having fun with each other in an informal way. Let’s be honest, a vacation without fun is not really a vacation, is it? Every time, we are therefore very pleased and equally flattered that vacationers eagerly sign up to join us each year, so they can once again fully enjoy this extraordinarily entertaining and unforgettable experience.

Prices start from €830 per person.

4* Hotel DWO Valencia

We will be staying in a luxurious, yet cozy and recently renovated 4-star hotel close to the beach and the lively harbor, which was fully renovated in January. Public transportation and several of Valencia’s main attractions are nearby. The hotel is equipped with all modern conveniences, including spacious and comfortable rooms, luxurious bathrooms, air conditioning, internet access (free WiFi), and a 400m2 garden surrounding the property. The Argentine Tango workshops will take place in a dance school located on the same street as the hotel. We have access to a beautiful hall with a wooden floor and air conditioning throughout the entire week.

Workshop Schedule Tango Holiday – Dance School Linea de Baile – Tango School La Cultural

The Tango workshops and some milongas will take place at the Linea de Baile dance school. We have a beautiful hall with a wooden floor and air conditioning at our disposal for the entire week. Linea de Baile is just a few hundred meters away, in the same street as the hotel.

The schedule for the holiday is as follows: Every morning after breakfast and/or in the afternoon, and every evening before dinner, workshops in Argentine Tango will be given by one of the aforementioned instructors. During this week, we will also collaborate with the Tango school and salon La Cultural. We will visit their charming salon, which is within walking distance of the hotel. All salons are well attended and very lively, partly due to the participation of a large number of Spanish Tango dancers from the area, combined of course with our group ;-).

In total, there are 10 workshops per person, including technique lessons. The Tango course is aimed at two levels, from intermediate to advanced/professional/teachers. Registration is required with a dance partner! No partner? Send us an email!
