  • Personal data
    • 1. For Dancetourist, careful handling of personal data is of great importance. With regard to the processing of personal data, Dancetourist acts in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
    • 2. Dance Tourist handles personal data with care and treats it confidentially.
    • 3. Dancetourist collects personal data from the data subject when the data subject has provided this personal data to Dancetourist via the website, has contacted Dancetourist by telephone or e-mail or a participant provides personal data from a data subject who participates in the agreement as a partner of the participant or who takes over the agreement.
    • 4. Dance Tourist collects and processes the following personal data:
      1. First and last name;
      2. sex;
      3. e-mail address;
      4. phone number;
      5. postal code, address, house number and city;
      6. date of birth
    • 5. Special personal data will only be processed by Dancetourist if these personal data have been voluntarily provided to Dancetourist by the data subject, such as information about the health of the data subject, and the processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject.
    • 6. Dance Tourist does not process personal data outside the EU.
  • Basis and purposes of the processing
    • 1. The basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of the contract or, at the request of the data subject, the taking of pre-contractual measures.
    • 2. Dance Tourist collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:
      1. handling a question and/or comment from the data subject;
      2. the conclusion of the agreement;
      3. to be able to execute the agreement;
      4. to be able to contact the data subject regarding the performance of the agreement;
      5. to comply with administrative obligations.
    • 3. The provision of the personal data referred to in Article 1.4 is a contractual obligation. If the data subject does not provide this personal data, the agreement cannot be concluded.
    • 4. Dancetourist will not retain the personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes, as described in article 2.2, for which the personal data are processed.
    • 5. Dancetourist only processes the personal data that are minimally necessary for the existing purposes. Dancetourist strives for minimal data processing.
    • 6. Dancetourist will not process the personal data for purposes other than those described above.
  • Erasure of personal data
    • 1. Dancetourist will delete personal data from its systems without undue delay, including if:
      1. the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were processed;
      2. the data subject objects to the processing of his or her personal data and this objection is justified;
      3. the personal data is incorrect or outdated.

  • Providing personal data to third parties
    • 1. Dancetourist will provide the personal data of the data subject to third parties if:

      3. it is necessary for the performance of the agreement;
      4. the transfer is made to a processor engaged by Dancetourist for the purposes listed in this privacy policy, with which processor Dancetourist has concluded an agreement that ensures that the processor offers sufficient guarantees with regard to technical and organizational security measures with regard to the processing to be carried out.
    • 2. The data subject may withdraw his consent to the provision of personal data to third parties at any time.
  • Right of access, right to portability, rectification and deletion
    • 1. Upon request, Dancetourist will grant the data subject access to all personal data that Dancetourist keeps about him and Dancetourist will provide the data subject free of charge with a copy of this data in such a form that the data subject can provide the personal data to a third party himself.
    • 2. Dancetourist offers the data subject the opportunity to have any incorrect data that Dancetourist keeps about him corrected or deleted free of charge.
    • 3. The request for access, modification or deletion of data can be submitted in writing or by e-mail to Dancetourist, see article 8.1 of this privacy policy for Dancetourist’s contact details. Dancetourist will respond to such a request as soon as possible and in any case within 4 weeks.
  • Objection

  • 2. If Dancetourist corrects, supplements or deletes personal data of the data subject at the request of the data subject or terminates or restricts the processing of personal data or has processed a withdrawn consent, Dancetourist will inform the data subject thereof.
  • Security measures
    • 1.
